Quick and Easy and Oh so good!! 2 chicken breast, 2 chicken thighs, 1/2 pack of Tasso and andouille sausage ,1 cup C’est Tout Dried Trinity Mix, 1 large tablespoon of Savoies dark roux (so probably 3 or 4 regular tablespoons) 4 cups water. Pressure cook for 30 minutes. Quick Release Steam. Add okra and cover. Turn machine off and let the okra cook for about 15 minutes. Season to to taste and Serve over rice.
