30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to love your C’est Tout products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@thisiscajun.com. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund of the product purchase price.
Because our products are food items, we generally do not accept physical returns. You do not need to mail a product back unless we specifically request it. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. We may also request photographs when an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, contact us promptly at info@thisiscajun.com so we can make it right.
Exceptions
Gift cards and final-sale items are not eligible for refunds. Purchases made from a retail store must normally be handled through the retailer where the product was purchased, unless otherwise approved by C’est Tout.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the refund to appear. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit-card provider.
