Easy Crawfish Pie with C'est Tout Dried

1 lb frozen crawfish tails
1 stick butter
6 Tablespoons Cést Tout Dried Trinity Mix
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 cans Golden Cream of Mushroom Soup
Cajun Seasoning (your preference)
2 frozen deep dish pie shells*
Preheat oven 375.
Sauté butter, Trinity, garlic
Add crawfish, cook for a few mins
Add 2 cans of soup
Add seasoning to taste
Let cook together for about 15 mins
Pour into 1 pie shell, put the other pie shell on top (crimp the edges to seal together), brush the top with egg whites, cut cross slits on top of pie shell.
Cook for 30 mins til golden brown.
Let rest/cool for 10-15 mins
*Pie Shells - take out of freezer and let thaw while preparing pie filling. This allows for easy molding of the top crust
