1.5 lbs hamburger
2 cans of beans drained
Beef broth
Cest tout (I used about a cup)
Chili powder heaping tablespoon
Onion powder 1/2 tsp
Garlic 4 cloves or powder
Brown sugar heaping tbs
Cumin tbs
6 oz can tomato paste
2 can crushed or diced tomatoes (fire roasted are better)
Cayenne pepper to taste
Salt tsp
Pepper to taste
Heat broth and add Cest Tout. You want it to absorb most before you add the meat and all your spices.
Brown then add the rest of the ingredients. You will need to add broth or a little water to the right consistency.
Cook on low for at least and hour. The longer the better
