Cajun-Italian-Spanish Chicken


4 Tbs of C’est Tout Dried Trinity Mix

3 Cloves of Garlic

1 14 oz can of crushed tomatoes

14 oz of spaghetti sauce

3 boneless skinless chicken breasts

1/3 cup virgin olive oil

 

Peel and mince garlic. Pour half the olive oil and heat over medium heat. Add C’est Tout and garlic and sauté for 2 minutes.

 

Add crushed tomatoes and spaghetti sauce and simmer. In separate pan, use the remaining olive oil and sauté the chicken. Once done, combine all ingredients and heat for five minutes.

 

Serve over rice and enjoy! C’est Tout!
